You have 30 days from receipt to return any unworn items for a refund or an exchange pair of glasses. Please see the relevant section of the Returns policy for more information.
Waid guarantees its glasses against damage arising from material and manufacturing defects that occur over a one-year period from the date of delivery of the goods. You must inform Waid of such defects within a reasonable period of time (1 month) of defect occurrence. Please email email@example.com with photos and explanation of your claim. Scratched lenses are not covered and fall within normal wear and tear, unless of course it is a manufacturing defect upon recieving them.
If you made your purchase online, you have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange any unworn items, including all the packaging in the same condition as it was received. Customized prescription products cannot be returned unless, however, they fall under warranty / defects are identified upon receipt.
If you made your purchase in store, please contact the retailer from where you bought your product. A proof of purchase will be requested as part of their assessment.
